GB Antiques and Furniture Centre is one of the North West's biggest and most loved antiques centres, attracting over 130,000 visitors every year. With over 140 individual dealers, each with their own specialities, GB Antiques and Furniture Centre has an amazing choice and variety of wares. Whether you have a passion for paintings or porcelain, Deco or dolls, fine arts or furniture, you can really indulge yourself!

Most importantly, the centre is all indoors so you can wander around for hours, without any interference from the weather. Most of the people who come here don't have a high brow interest in antiques, they just like having a good look round. The variety and choice are what visitors say they like best.

Variety of Wares

The centre now includes dealers from throughout the U.K. including a kitchenalia specialist, a dealer in Art Deco and a toy expert, as well as furniture, ceramics and book dealers. The wares at GB Antiques and Furniture Centre are an eclectic blend - There is barely a field of the last two hundred years which is not represented somewhere in the Centre's 40,000 square feet.

In response to the public's interest in "retro-moderne" collectables, GB Antiques and Furniture Centre has dedicated space to the gleaming chrome, shiny vinyl and lurid colours of the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. Cobra phones (remember the Professionals) and moon lamps are not normally associated with antiques centres, but these and other retro pieces are now forming an important attraction for GB Antiques and Furniture Centre.

There's plenty of beautiful furniture with everything from Victorian pine to Edwardian oak , lustrous mahogany and beautiful Walnut as well as lots of elegant porcelain, glassware, paintings and pretty Victoriana.

Bringing us right up to date are sporting collectables and music memorabilia, telephones, gadgets and toys. If you look closely you'll even see Snoopy, the Smurfs, Disney and Doctor Who!
